This year, the IBHS Music Program will be using sportsYou to communicate information with its participants, both students and parents. This platform can be accessed via website or by downloading the app:
Once you sign up (either on the website or in the app) you’ll be asked to input a Team Access Code to join our team. IBHS Music has three different teams:
- IBHS Music Program (EVERYONE JOINS!)
- Marching Band
- Barkin’ Bulldogs Jazz Band
If you are involved in music at IBHS you need to join the IBHS Music Program Team because that’s where the Calendar lives!
Then you can decide to join either or both of the other teams for more specific information and live chat messages from the Director during events.
Where do I get the Access Codes?!
sportsYou strongly recommends NOT posting team codes publicly on websites so that unauthorized individuals cannot join our team.
Therefore, you have a few options:
- Visit the Band Room
- Email the Director (Mr. Grubb)
- Get them from someone already in!
