Step One – Sign Up
Submit the form below to let us know your student is going to be traveling with us to Disney.
Step Two – Pay Your Deposit
Use the form below to pay your deposit for each person going. This deposit only covers eligible students and selected chaperones. Deposits are non-refundable.

** If your student signs up and pays the deposit and does not have their fees & fines paid in full OR a payment plan in place by January 31st, then the $50 deposit will be applied to their balance due. **
Step Three – Print & Fill Out Required Forms
Nearly there! Print out the forms below, OR get them from Mr. Grubb and return them ASAP. Once those have been completed you are officially signed up!

Friday, the 9th
Make sure your student has food and/or money for dinner & snacks.

Saturday, the 10th
Students will have 3 full meal vouchers for the day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, to use when they want.
You may want to give your student some money (you can use a prepaid Disney card) to spend on snacks, drinks and souveniers.

Sunday, the 11th
Once students march, we will pack everything up, change out of our uniforms and they’ll get to enjoy the rest of their day at the park until closing time, when we head home around 10pm.
Students will have 3 full meal vouchers for the day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, to use when they want.
Students will arrive back at Ida Baker @ around 1:30a.
